What is BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)?

BYOK means you provide your own CoinGecko API key (free to get). Your key is stored locally in your browser and sent to our backend only to fetch CoinGecko data for you.

How is this different from CoinGecko or CoinMarketCap?

CoinGecko shows data. CryptoReportKit lets you analyze it with 83+ purpose-built dashboards, smart signals, custom dashboard builder, tax exports, DCA tracking, and more.

Do you offer refunds?

There are no payments during the free beta, so refunds are not applicable. If paid plans launch later, we will publish clear refund terms before billing begins.

Bring Your Own Key model: you use your own CoinGecko API key under CoinGecko's terms. For Excel templates, you can keep the key in your workbook. For web dashboards, the key is stored locally in your browser and sent to our backend only to fetch CoinGecko data for you.

No Data Resale

We don't package or resell market data. Excel templates connect directly to CoinGecko. For web dashboards, your browser sends your API key to our backend to fetch data on your behalf — we may cache responses briefly for performance, but we never store your key permanently.
